Affordable Roofing Los Angeles was founded in 2013 on a simple, slightly old-fashioned idea: tell people the truth about their roof, charge a fair price, and do the work right the first time.

Who we are

We're a licensed (CSLB C-39) and insured Los Angeles roofing contractor serving the entire LA County metro as a service-area business — we come to your property. Over more than a decade we've worked on just about every kind of roof LA has: Spanish clay tile on Pasadena and Highland Park bungalows, flat low-slope membranes over Koreatown and Downtown buildings, asphalt shingle across the Valley, and coastal roofs from Santa Monica to Long Beach.

Meet the team

David Gordon — Owner. David has led Affordable Roofing Los Angeles since 2013, building the company around honest written pricing, financing, and roofs done right the first time. He writes our roofing guides and personally stands behind every estimate we give.

Dan Nadir & Mark Tan — Lead Roofers. Dan and Mark run our crews on LA roofs day in and day out — tile lift-and-relays in the San Gabriel Valley, flat-roof and cool-roof work across Central LA, and storm repairs from the Valley to the coast. Between them they have decades of hands-on Los Angeles roofing experience.

Nancy A. — Customer Service. Nancy is the friendly voice when you call (213) 770-4744. She books your free estimate, answers your questions honestly, and keeps your project on track from the first call to the final walkthrough.
